Fantastic service….super fast!! I ordered online on Tuesday lunchtime whilst still away in Spain for my daughters graduation the next day!! Wasn’t expecting it to arrive for a few days but the item arrived by 1pm the next day! Thank you for providing a great product in such a quick time. ❤️

Bethany in the Basingstoke branch was amazing. She was polite and helped us out with our issues. Nothing was a problem. She interacted brilliantly with my daughter and issued a replacement. She was very patient while we chose our new styles too. Cannot recommend her highly enough. Lovely girl

Disappointed with the delivery and processing of orders
I placed my order on Sunday (17/07/2022) for my girlfriends birthday on Thursday (21/07/2022). I received an email saying it had been processed on the Monday and it should be with me in 2-3 working days meaning that it should have been here by today (20/07/2022) at the very latest, I’ve just looked at my emails to see that my order has only been processed yesterday (19/07/2022) and it now will not be here until Friday. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service and the delivery as it has now been more than the 2-3 days as promised and one of my girlfriends gifts now are not here.
